Why is the device not activated after I enter the binding code?

The most possible reason is that you have entered an incorrect Binding Code. For example, you might have entered 032l instead of O32I. 

Solution: Please pay high attention to the slight difference between digit "0" and letter "o", also between lower-case "l", capital "I" and digit "1". When the error message appears, please enter another code to try again.
