Why doesn't my tracking number work?

Most tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of receipt of your email notification.

If you received your tracking number and you’ve waited for 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to update and are still not able to track your package, please contact us via email to help@pvrmall.com
