What is PVR's returns, cancellation & refund policy?

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

PVR acknowledges & understands that at some point you may need to return your purchase. 

You may return new, unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items are to be returned in their original packaging - unopened, unused & undamaged. 

Return shipping costs are explained below:

  • If a return is a result of a PVR error or due to receiving a defective item, PVR will pay for the return shipping & replace the defective item in accordance with our Limited Global Warranty. You can view that warranty information in full here.
  • If you decide to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund.  If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will receive a refund for the ordered item(s), but shipping will not be refunded.   

You can notify PVR via email to help@pvrmall.com of any cancellation requests or intended returns  

We recommend that ALL returns be sent with package tracking as we will not refund or replace items that are not successfully returned to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

The products you order from PVR are covered for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchase of the product. You can view our warranty information in full here.

Notification of Intent to Return:

You can notify PVR via email to help@pvrmall.com of any cancellation requests or intended returns

Please include:

  •  the reason for your return
  • the email address you used when making the original purchase

Once we receive your request we will contact you with further information.
